St. Christopher House

The Older Adults Centre (OAC) with St. Christopher House provides programs for adults 55 years of age and older and persons with disabilities to promote their independence and participation. The OAC programs include Alzheimer and Frail Elderly Day Programs, Caregiver Counselling/Groups, Caregiver Training, Elderly Persons' Centre Activities, Health Action Theatre, Home Help/Homemaking, Home at Last, Meals on Wheels, Personal Care, Respite Care, Supportive Housing. Most programs are offered at 248 Ossington Ave, 20 & 25 West Lodge or 1447 King St. West.
