Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada - Grand Erie Chapter

Low-impact workout that focuses on improving strength, balance, and daily living skills. Sit to be Fit was developed to promote health and fitness for seniors and those wishing to add more exercise into their lives. Instructors are trained through the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging at the University of Western Ontario. Instructors will adapt exercise sessions to fit each person's specific abilities.
