Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada - Niagara Peninsula Chapter of Hope


This yoga class is developed for people living with MS. Weekly classes offer practices of postures, breathing and relaxation to help improve strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are available in a sitting/chair position as well as standing/floor yoga. They are guided by a certified Yoga Instruction, Regina Szymanski.
