Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada - York Region Chapter


A 1hr yoga class that includes whole body relaxation accompanied by breathing exercises, warm up movements for the arms, legs and spine, and then either postures or flowing movements with the breath from sitting, standing, kneeling or on the belly positions. Each class ends with a deep full-body relaxation meditation. Yoga can be done on the floor or from a chair.
